The traditional Sarawakian cake lapis often involves lots of colors! Whilst it looks pleasant, it tastes even better dipped in tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • Egg yolk
  • Caster sugar
  • Butter
  • Evaporated milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Baking powder
  • Natural flavourings

Shelf Life

  • Room Temperature: ~up to 5 days
  • Refrigerated: ~up to 14 days
  • Frozen: ~up to 3 months

P.S.: You are recommended to consume it fresh within 3 days!
